    My order arrived damaged or spoiled

    In a rare case that your order arrived and it is damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately via text or live chat and we will send out a replacement on our next time slot!

    I was missing parts of my order

    If you did not receive your complete order, please contact us immediately via text or live chat and we will send a driver on our next slot to deliver whatever was missed!

    Can I pay via credit card or debit card?

    No, at this time we only accept cash on arrival or Interac E-transfer

    Can I tip my driver?

    Yes, all E-transfer tips are given to the drivers at the end of their shift.

    Do I need to upload my ID?

    Yes, all new clients are required to upload their ID upon registration. This is to verify age and delivery address as well as driver safety.
