No, we do not charge tax separately. All prices you see on our platform are the total prices, and tax is already included in the displayed amount. What payment methods does CannaMobile accept?

We accept only E-Transfer. Payment details can be found during the checkout process.

Why does your E-transfer Auto deposit account have a different name?

Our E-transfer accounts change frequently. Please do not hesitate if the Autodeposit account is different from your last order. As long as your email address is correct, we will receive your transfer!

Can I send my E-transfer once my order is shipped?

No, we require the Interac E-Transfer payment to be sent and received before we ship out your package.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes, we make sure their is no smell and nothing written on our packages indicating what is inside the package. You have nothing to worry about!

My tracking has not changed in days. What should I do?

If your tracking number has not changed or you see an issue when you track your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will look into this for you.

Does CannaMobile still offer same day delivery in Edmonton?

No, but we now offer free shipping for all orders placed in Edmonton and surrounding cities.

-Delivery times are 1 business day and we ship Monday-Friday via Canada Post.

-You can still place your order online or your can also text us to place your order at 587-585-8678

-For Example, if you place your order on Monday before 2PM MST, you will receive your package on Tuesday!

My product was damaged our spoiled

At CannaMobile, we do daily expiry date checks on all of our products. However, sometimes a product can be missed or a product can get damaged upon delivery.

If your order had spoiled products or are damaged, please contact us immediately via live chat, phone or email and we will exchange any products that are damaged or spoiled.
